1. Free Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and certain remote or mountainous areas. All orders within our shipping coverage are eligible for free standard ground shipping.

 

2. Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 48 business hours (Monday through Friday).

After shipment, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

3. Address Changes & Order Modifications

If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact our customer support team to request an address change.

Once an order has been shipped, address change requests must be submitted via email and are subject to

4. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, delivery failure, refusal, or failure to retrieve the

package, we may deduct the original shipping cost and return shipping fees from your refund.
