1. Why aren’t some features showing after activation?

Some features are only available in the latest version.

Check your current update method.

• Automatic Update
  This is on by default. Your Pad will automatically install the latest version by tomorrow.
   
• Update Now
  On your Pad, go to Settings > About Device > App Version  and turn off Automatic Update.

 

2. How is Snugee different from other calendar products?
Snugee is more than a calendar — it’s an AI hub that helps families actively manage their lives instead of just passively viewing schedules.

3. Can Snugee connect to my existing Google, Apple, or Outlook calendars?
Yes — it supports syncing and importing from all major calendars.

4. Do I need to pay a monthly or yearly fee to use Snugee?
No — core features are included with the device purchase.

• Calendar, reminders, habits, shopping lists, photo albums, and screensavers are all free
• Advanced AI features and expanded cloud storage are optional subscriptions, with each user getting a daily free AI usage allowance

5. How is the Nano AI assistant different from regular voice assistants like Alexa or Siri?
Nano AI is designed specifically for family scheduling and prioritizes privacy.

• Focuses on family tasks, not general web searches
• Understands and manages multiple people’s schedules, not just one person’s
• Doesn’t listen continuously — only activates when you tap

5. Is the Nano AI assistant safe? Does it constantly “listen in” on my family?
   No — it only works when you actively tap to use it.

• No wake word — physically prevents continuous listening
• No background recording; data is encrypted and only used for the current task
